Welcome to Mockhub! The following terminology applies to these Terms: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to our Company, Mockhub.

Accounts

When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

Subscriptions

Our services are billed on a subscription basis. They will auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled by you through your account management page.

User Content

You retain all rights to the content you upload to our Service. By uploading, you grant us a license to host, display, and distribute your content as part of providing the Service.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Mockhub be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any material changes by posting the new terms on this site.
